Return & Refund Policy – Neemsar
At Neemsar, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure that every order reaches you safely and accurately. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.
- The return request is raised within [3 days] of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original condition, wherever applicable.
- The original packaging, labels, tags, and other accessories are retained.
For damaged or incorrect products, customers are requested to provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging when raising the return request.
Return Charges
For eligible customer-initiated returns, a ₹100 return processing/handling charge will be applicable.
This ₹100 charge will be deducted from the amount already paid by the customer, and the remaining eligible refund amount will be processed accordingly.
Example:
If the customer has paid ₹599 for an order and the return is approved, ₹100 will be deducted as the return charge. The eligible refund will therefore be ₹499.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
After verification and approval, Neemsar may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable. In such cases, the ₹100 return charge may be waived at the discretion of Neemsar.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, food-safety considerations, or other applicable restrictions.
These may include opened or used food products, consumable products, personal-care products, and products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for the eligible amount.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable ₹100 return charge and any other deductions permitted under this policy.
Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photographs/videos, where required
- Any other information requested by our support team
Our team will review the request and inform you whether the return is eligible.
Important
- Returns are subject to approval by Neemsar.
- Products must be returned in the condition specified above.
- We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and verified, wherever applicable.
- The ₹100 return charge is deducted from the amount already paid by the customer and is not charged separately.
