Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in ensuring that all our products—honey, rich ghee, natural oils, and wholesome seeds—are delivered fresh, pure, and in excellent condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review the policy below.
Returns
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged or leaking packaging upon delivery
- Incorrect product received
- Product found to be spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
- To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided as proof
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after the 48-hour window
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Refunds
- Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A full refund will be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase
Replacement Option
- Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
